We have accomplishments in covered link ways, park connectors, bus shelters, bridges/crossings, workspaces, nurseries, toilets, external works for neighborhood renewal and other refurbishment works. As hardscape contractor, our work includes structural retaining walls, shelters, sheds, green roof systems, pavilions, footpaths, drains, fishing platform, cycling & jogging tracks, ponds, wetlands, bio swales and water features.

We offer design, supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel works and have a fabrication facility and numerous staff involved in the fabrication and erection of structural steel. We have built a reputation in this area and look forward to future expansion of our capacity and workload. Our completed projects portfolio is reflective of our abilities and magnitude in our deliverables.

We have completed large scale electrical installation projects comprising of main & sub cable laying, OG boxes, termination, park lightings, poles and LED lightings. In mechanical engineering, we have completed pumping system from 0.75kw to 75kw VFD controls & interfacing system.

LEPL offers Design and Build services for Park Development / re-developments, construction of Park Connector, customized landscape features and have wide range of experiences that includes Bioengineering, PUB ABC & Nature Conservation projects implementation. We also implement tree transplanting works, arborist tree assessment, and Greenmark / LEAF award involvement during pre-audit / audit stage.

We provide in-house design services for special requirements, from preconstruction to completion; integrating the design, engineering, detailing, fabrication, and installation of each project for a cost efficient and time effective delivery systems. This demand is driven by having a single point of contact and responsibility, guarantees for price and schedule, and accelerated project completion.

LEPL has evolved into a fine art of developing wildlife ponds, koi ponds, water walls, animated fountains, cascades, feature ponds, koi ponds, and ornamental pools tailored to every projects’ need. Our list of high profile design & build jobs are in Bubble Tanks & Water Walls at Concourse Skyline, “MISTWALK” at Marina Bay URA Waterfront, and Koi Ponds & Glass Water Walls at Changi Airport.

Maintenance services include maintenance of term contract, softscape, hardscape and M & E. We were appointed as maintenance contractor for Changi Airport Koi Ponds, Vertical Greenwall at Terminal 2, Internal-External Landscape, and Misting & Automatic Irrigation at Terminal 3, Bubble Tanks & Water Walls at Concourse Skyline and NPARKS Maintenance and Upgrading Projects.
