Construction of park facilities such as elevated boardwalk, walkway, trail, shelters, toilets/restroom, car park, bio swale, etc. Hardscape and softscape works, electrical and mechanical engineering works.

Existing Asiatic Black Bear, Seladang Temporary Holding, Bearded Pig and Red Dhole enclosure and back of house area are to be demolished and a new Bull Elephant (Chawang), Seladang and Axis Deer enclosure, including exhibit area and back of house area shall be constructed.

Reconstruction of Cashin house includes jetty and erection of new toilet block which involves architectural, structural, M&E and environmental works. External Works consisting of felling of specified trees, earthworks to form new profile, widening and re-surfacing of existing driveways, construction of retaining walls, chain-link fencing and close turfing to general areas, etc

Construction of boardwalk including necessary works such as site clearance and planting and transplanting works. Electrical works for the boardwalk is also included in our scope.
