The Works comprise the design, execution and completion of Proposed Additions and Alterations to Existing 2-Storey Preserved Monument Building Block, Single-Storey Outhouse and Single-Storey Ancillary Building, which shall generally include but without limitation to the following:
1. A&A to the existing Monument.
2. Park including but not limited to softscape, hardscape, outdoor furnitures and the like.
3. External works including but not limited to surface water drainage, driveway and the like.
4. Additions and Alterations to existing Bukit Canberra.
5. Attendance on where applicable, direct contract works by artists, tradesmen and other contractors engaged by the Employer.
