The Works comprise the design, execution and completion of Proposed Additions and Alterations to Existing 2-Storey Preserved Monument Building Block, Single-Storey Outhouse and Single-Storey Ancillary Building, which shall generally include but without limitation to the following:
1. A&A to the existing Monument;
2. Park including but not limited to softscape, hardscape, outdoor furnitures and the like;
3. External works including but not limited to surface water drainage, driveway and the like;
4. Additions and Alterations to existing Bukit Canberra;
5. Attendance on where applicable, direct contract works by artists, tradesmen and other contractors engaged by the Employer;
