Additions and Alterations (A&A) Term Contract for Ministry of Education (MOE) Facilities for a Period of Three (3) Years

Project Value :                              S$ 32 million

– Additions and alterations to retrofit existing spaces into MOE facilities which may be in existing schools or community spaces;
– Sprucing up of vacant buildings to hold schools or MOE offices;
– Renovation, improvement, upgrading and interior design works;
– Extension and construction of buildings and structures including construction of shelter over existing outdoor courts;
– General security system including access control and CCTV and DVR system;
– General repairs and redecoration;
– Mechanical and Electrical Works;
– Fire Protection Works;
– Air Condition and Mechanical Ventilation;
– Lift Works;
– Maintenance-related works such as repairs and replacement of building components, facilities and mechanical and electrical systems; and
– Any other Addition and Alteration works.
